Had a really bad night. Uncontrollable shivering, then waking up soaked with sweat. Worst symptoms I've had since the beginning. But it must have been an extinction surge, because this morning I'm feeling 80% normal. Hardly any pain, longer fluid cycle. Thank Æsklapios for antibiotics, man.
