I graduated in 2005 and I believe my high school still had a Sadie Hawkins dance! I’m a middle millennial.

This is yet another opportunity for me to say that I was a serious home cook who was anti-electric stove for years but since going induction I literally can’t stand cooking on gas anymore. Induction is faster, stronger, and more precise, while not producing waste heat in the kitchen. It is magic.
