So, I walked y-day bc I was tired of being fearful of any form of exercise due to LC PEM. Walked ~1/2 mile, then today walked a mile or maybe a bit more? Then decided to do some yard work. Didn’t push myself. Will a bit more tomorrow. This is HUGE for me. Saw a memory on X-1 yr ago last exercise 🫤
