Laura Bush is pro choice? All I remember is that she took some vague ass stance like “I don’t think Roe v. Wade should be overturned.” (Maybe that’s fine for some folks, but to me, when you define yourself in relation to a non-stance it’s basically a license to flip-flop).

Barbara Bush, too. And W's daughters. Everytime people expressed concern about abortion restrictions, the global gag rule, stem cell research, we would be reminded the Bush women agreed with us! So they would moderate their husband/dad. Or he couldn't be *that* bad b/c his wife/children loved him
