Energy use is what I noticed living in Asia. No clothing dryers. Everyone has indoor clothes lines. Water heaters were much smaller, leading to shorter showers. Scooters instead of giant SUVs. Even pickup trucks were smaller and still accomplished the work.

Trying to protect yourself and your family from infection is not a crime. People shouldn't be persecuted, harassed, or attacked for wearing masks. Wanting to keep someone or yourself from getting sick isn't a political statement, it's the one thing everyone should be able to agree on.
Big numbers dont confuse me. I just value every human life, no matter the size of their bodies. Nobody deserves to die from a preventable disease. I hope someday you find a way to value people whom you've never met.
