The Sadie Centre is a wellness centre and rather vague about the buildings' origins. But it was built on a leyline - so that's all good then.

The cottage hospital - in case you were interested - has been demolished since the 1990s.
I think so, most of the current works are on the east side, although there was a path closed between the Italian and Vicary Gibbs gardens. But you can access both of those.
