Haha. I don't plan to project the same persona here. Will probably just use it more for the work side of my life.
Sleep disruptions, low energy even after "enough" sleep, wild appetite fluctuations, irritability, and no money to actually cushion any of the shit that I am experiencing. That's the worst part. Sure, I feel shitty, but a nice fucking milkshake would help me weather it a lot better.
Would also help explain the variance of 5-10db on the other frequency bands, considered a "normal" outcome of the adjustment period (6-12 months, I think?). What I don't hear gets re-amplified (modulated?) to what I can hear.
"Starved" of audio input in that range, my auditory processing basically just stopped listening. Which may explain the more "aggressive" tinnitus on the days I don't wear my hearing aids. Which is most days now.
Or at least read the fucking thread and get some context first? Or ask me? I get that it's easy to reach out to anyone on the internet these days, but it also leads to (I think) this assumption that we can just interact with anyone. Nope.
