Will have to agree with those saying Sonic 3 & Knuckles, if we're allowing lock-on technology. (Apparently Sonic & Knuckles just turned 30 the other day!)
Sonic Mania and Sonic Adventure 2. They crushed Sonic Mania so hard man. Such a good love letter to Sonic fans. I lost my SHIT at the Mean Bean Machine boss battle section I was so excited hahaha.
Sonic rivals on the PSP good memories
S3&K. Tower of Power all the way baby!
Unleashed is my all-time favorite, but S3&K and Mania are both close contenders.
Between Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic Mania, I love both of them!
