I know some people are a little hesitant to ask for tips at their table, but my very low pressure technique is to say “And there is a TOTALLY completely optional option to tip if you’d like, otherwise just hit no tip!” and very pointedly don’t look at the phone while the customer makes their choice.

It’s nice if you have a physical tip jar but people don’t have cash. It’s nice for when someone is making a small purchase but still wants to support you a bit extra (I always like to do this when I buy from other artists). And it’s just a nice lil extra bit of money to buy coffee or lunch!
