hard agree. by 18 you're more than capable of reading and understanding pretty much any book. age may put a filter on how you interpret those books, but that's a feature not a bug to me

i think so too, but it feels like such a shallow way to pick a book. especially when it goes beyond a pulpy, guilty pleasure (which i certainly have) and becomes the only thing you read, which marketing seems to encourage

maybe i misunderstood and it actually means books with themes appealing to millennials, which i can understand. generational taste is a thing
