ofuck i hyperfocused on lino cutting for five hours straight and now I am in my pyjamas, unfed, and my back is Displeased. yes i think perhaps the new adhd meds are working.

(I just realised reading this again that it sounds like the meds aren't, in fact, working but non-medicated I would have spent five hours scrolling on my phone on on the sofa, thinking about doing art without really being able to move myself to, so this is a VAST improvement.)
