What about gas use in residential and commercial sector?
That's most of the 13%. Funnily enough, no one seems to break out "gas" into its own sector like we do with "electricity." Plots like this implicitly assign responsibility for burning gas in buildings to the occupants, whereas they implicitly attribute emissions from electricity use to power plants
