Oh! The different algorithms! That stuff is beyond me. You can make feeds that weigh and present posts that match certain criteria—stuff from people with more followers than follows, stuff with 100+ likes, etcetera. Perhaps use a "local area" Feed (algorithm) to filter posts from near you?
I'm fond of Threads, and if I want niche quirky content there's always Mastodon!
I don't understand the question. Bluesky doesn't support lists or hashtags so it's not easy to follow topics or find specific communities without straight searches each session. I think Bluesky has fallen too far behind to be anything but niche.
