RIP Maggie Smith. You played a lot of roles since then, but I first remember you as Nanna Wendy in “Hook” so I’m hoping you’re off past the second star to the right now
Hook's not the first movie I've seen her in since I saw both as a kid but I'm always gonna remember her as Mother Superior a year later. RIP

Random fact: one of the younger versions of Wendy in “Hook” was Gwyneth Paltrow, whose sole contribution was to turn around and say “Peter!”
I think that was my first instruction l introduction to her as well.
May a myriad of angels sing and guide her to eternal happiness

She was brilliant in Evil Under the Sun - bore no relation to the book but the film was a cracker
I think that was the first movie I ever saw her and Robin Williams in. I know the movie came out in 91 it's not a bad movie this was my Peter Pan movie. I'm watching it on 4k it looks amazing. I do remember her other films The Secret Garden, Sister Act 1 & 2, and of course the Harry Potter series.
and on till morning 💔💔💔
Noooo!
Thanks, this helps!
That was my first memory of her too 😭
