It's a very odd take. While, obviously, you can never have the same experience twice, it doesn't follow that you should then avoid repetition entirely. If I made a meal and it was really great that doesn't mean I should never make it again, even though it won't be the same next time.

I think training itself almost has to be a transformative use, but there would be potential uses of the subsequent models that would result in copyright violations. The ideal outcome in my mind is if there are some fairly strong guardrails around commercial use, but broad freedom for research uses.
