i've always believed that literally anything can be art - and the art i like the most usually resonates because of the idea more than how impressive the technical skill of the artist is (see literally all of vaporwave). a few years ago everyone was SAMPLING IS GOD but man the tune has really changed

Ethics tho. My cousin told me about someone who put a starving puppy on display and called it art. Anything can be art, but is it a free for all?
