I used to work at a small Christian church. We looked into letting people use the building overnight. Between insurance and security needs, we couldn't afford it. It sucked. I left, but they run a free supper once a week now.

We all really want to do this as well but its just not economically feasible for a small church. We’re working on a grant to become a cooling/warming center to help mitigate some of the costs
