it pushes us to go in scarier directions overall but like simultaneously helps us have clarity that some of those thoughts just literally aren't ours; they're what we've internalized to keep ourselves safe from assholes in various parts of our life. so,,, yea. that's the main one!!

but ALSO;;; WE DID OUR FIRST BUS TRIP ON OUR OWN SINCE MOVING HERE IN FEBRUARY 2023!!! feels like we can like, get around and do things for real now, and that's *so* big those two are most of it.
