oh my doc is prolly pretty awful; i told her exactly the dose i wanted though, she didn't decide, just prescribed. i'm defs not offended; i've never had adequate care hormones wise. it sucks. i wish i could get it. (but i was also terrible w/following the schedule even when i had better care!)

my audhd ensures i take my regular sunday injection like clockwork, on tuesday. at this point, i just trust the process. 😁

(shots were really hard/scary for me; i'd put them off for days, sometimes a whole week. it's isolation and consequent depression fucking things up the most i think? i do get some feelings on my regular dose if i'm consistent; i'm just not very! but this has been rare, too, across my six years hrt)
