I have an email policy. People still send several emails in a row when I don't respond at 3am on a Saturday. lol
New Yorkers moved here during the pandemic (though I think they've left), and the prices have not come back down. The 4th floor walkup I live in is *by far* the worst place I've ever lived in the worst location (and I am not skittish about location). And it costs the same as my Fishtown *house.*
