As a 40 + now, i think i made up my mind about the mirage of waiting the chance at success. I decided a new approch where contentment comes from the thing i have achieved rather that what i could achieve. Family, relationship, routine or selfish art lol, enjoying the present rather that hoping smth

I am with you in trying to find contentment in the present, and I understand that my opinion is flavored by having a disassociation disorder, but it's necessary for the present to be or at least feel safe to be grounded in it enough to experience contentment.
