Eurostar, you really need to sort yourself out. I love trains, and I'm never going to fly across the Channel if there's a sensible train to do the job. But even if I was in the market for an upgrade, I'm not going to play stupid games to get it. Just decide on a price, and make it fair & transparent

Eew, no. I wouldn't want to do that either. Really, Eurostar? Have you not seen ANY of the recent reactions to people being offered "dynamic pricing" for tickets to things? *sighs, pinching bridge of nose*
They seem to have forgotten they are not a long haul airline! And I bet there is a minimum bid, roughly equal to the normal uplift, too...
