SEC ban from being an officer or board member of a public company is possible, as are criminal fraud charges for "Full Self-Driving," and lots of EPA issues. Only Trump saves him

From elon’s perspective the trade-offs are asymmetrical. A KH administration won’t want to be seen “playing politics” with gov’t contracts. Trump doesn’t care and would just say “i’m giving him extra money because he told people to vote for me”.
