I only have 20 followers on here, but at least I know they aren't bots. I'm getting desperate. My roommate who can't keep a job now has a woman and her kids over every night and I don't know how to tell them that I don't want them here. Or that she is definitely verbally abusive.

They cry. No matter what the reason is, she angrily or sarcastically tells them to stop or that they're fine, and they cry more. They won't listen to me because my 10+ years in education aren't enough for her to believe I know what abuse is. I'm not a mom, so I obviously know nothing.
