Well, I hope you always know that J & I worry for you when things are heading your way (yes, including him b/c he remembers you for the stuff we make you *lol). But I know hearing it helps a little sometimes. and he just texted me that Milton's a cat 5.

(USA here) - there are pork rinds (crackling), which are "fluffy" - full of air, light and crispy. But then there are scratchings, which are the little tidbits left over and hard as heck! cracklings are cooked twice, scratchings are fried once. So I guess they're leftover from 1st fry
I use mini bagels. And to the person who mentioned using them for breakfast sandwiches - great idea! thank you.
Trip to France in 2019 - had the entire row to myself the entire flight. Got to lay down to sleep. Was very nice!! (yes, flight attendants, I did buckle myself in. A little awkward, but I didn't want to land on the floor if there was turbulence)
well, it got my attention for sure. Then I had to see what it was about. It's not the best news, but covers do matter.
