Well said! I try to approach everyone openly and see where it may lead.

Trying to pitch a collaboration with someone I like a lot, but don't know well. I feel a deep paranoia about this phenomenon in my bones.

It's absolutely been my experience that folks don't wanna be pitched at, they just wanna hang for a minute.
