Yeah the information updates really need to be worked on. Also the frustration is justified. Especially if they really haven't messaged anyone for basically a year.

Maybe if more people started to email about the problem they would have to do something about it?

Good point. Problem is a lot of people haven't even seem to notice that they haven't received their PlayBill yet. Most likely people have forgotten about it.

The best thing to do would most likely be to email customer service, and requesting an update about the PlayBills.
