Eindeutig. Der Spuk wäre sofort bis auf die wirklichen Fälle beendet, wenn Verlegungen während eines Aufenthaltes zu Lasten des abgebenden KH über die DRG abgerechnet würden. Und für die wirklich notwendigen Fälle könnte man Kompensationen finden.
