I was quite sniffy about the amount of obvious homelessness in the US. Turns out it’s just better hidden in the UK.

It is shameful, frankly.

Something odd here about either the data or human perception - I've lived in both countries in the last few years and I could swear Germany has significantly less homelessness than Ireland.
