I love action combat as long as it's engaging. FFXVI was enjoyable enough but the combat was a miss for me. Too reliant on cooldown abilities and the basic melee attack felt like slapping things with pool noodles 😂

I don't play too many action games so I don't have much to compare it to. I'm loving it so far, personally.
