I made sure to get assessed for autism as well because there’s so much overlap. I had some traits that are definitely seen in autism but they ultimately ruled it out. Eye contact was one of the issues.
The results from my neuropsychological eval are in! I cried because I was so relieved. I’ve been saying I have ADHD for years but doctors couldn’t get past the bipolar 2. Now it’s official! Bipolar 2 Social Anxiety ADHD - Combined Type Now to get treated the right way!

Waiting on the results from my neurospych test is killing me! I feel pretty confident I’ll keep the bipolar diagnosis -manic episodes are pretty obvious. But what will we add? ADHD? Autism? I have no idea. The worst thing would be nothing. I just want to function and be able to complete tasks!
