Sam stayed home today so I had more time to work on my projects arm feels much but I still got pain on my right side but it does get less

Always nice to have more time for yourself and your own work. Your arm is slow in healing...but maybe that's better as with ups and downs. I've been going through a lot of old photos with my mum...reliving old memories.
