My main OC barely changed too. The only thing that really changed was his outfit.

I think it’s fun you see the progression of a character that hasn’t changed in big obvious ways much, because then you can see all the little wags you refined them as you became more confident drawing them!

Webcomic character designs or I guess even just comic character designs are all about (outside of distance renders) just outright REMOVING stuff you can't be bothered to draw 1000 times. If you couldn't draw it 1000 times just get rid of it.
