Very interesting, thank you! Would you expect people with immunodeficiency (no IgA) having a chance to build a sufficient mucosal response, due to other elements of immunity in the mucosa? Or are most researchers trying to build immunity foremost on IgA? Would you mind me sharing your link on X?
