I’ve come to fully understand that I am capable of being in control of my life, and my choices are of my own. I should not yield myself because I fear confrontation. I myself need to establish boundaries within my life and to do better about saying no, and expressing my feelings.

Hell yeah, love that for you- setting boundaries is important and not only is an act of self love that protects you, but it's an act of love to those around you, as you're letting them know where the limits are, and how to connect with you in a healthy manner.
