For the normal following feed yes. The nice additional feature of bsky is you can have many different streams subscribed... And for eg. "Following" and "popular with friends" and many others where likes might count too 😉

Depends on the feed really. "No algorithm" is an exaggeration. Really every Feed is a separate algorithm, they're just typically much simpler than on sites like twitter, and anyone can make their own feed.

You can also create a feed of mutuals' likes I think

I LOVE NECROING!!! Also it means that for infrequent social media users, they only see the latest stuff and not what they missed. Though I'm sure somebody can code a feed for specifically that, popular posts over a long period of time.
