Did parking this morning for first time since 2018. A run, not a race. But still had to get past the two women in front. So nauseous at the end 🙌

Good work I went to sign up to the local leisure centre gym on Tuesday as I figured whilst the kids are at swimming (now we no longer HAVE to sit in with them) I might as well get back to it after, er, two decades...😬 I felt like saying "there was colour tv then" when explaining my date of birth...😔
