That works considering youll almost never see the eyes lol. I just paint the eye area black, then I put some off white on the eye itself and I finish by doing a line of black in the middle

I think it worked out pretty well, I especially like the second one with the axe. You could make the glowy parts a bit brighter to help with the muted tone

I've been toying around with an idea similar to the Gunnar brand story. Some Darkoath but no overly chaosy stuff, really just survivors in the realm that treat the chaos gods like dangerous predators to keep at arm's length. The new models are just too good to ignore
