I agree with 1) but I strongly disagree with 2) and 3). What makes you hope that well informed customers make better choices? The ridiculously low market share of eco-labels (and Fairtrade-Labels) indicates most people lack the money to substitute or don’t care…

Fair enough. More knowledge about behaviors' CF may help people focus their behavior change efforts and possibly be more supportive of policies targeting them. But sometimes, people make decisions in organizations with a similar lack of knowledge, with potential consequences at scale. (1/2)
