I know this piece is about a conservative legal group, but it's Republicans who've installed these friendly judges (or who get voted into positions like Attorney General) who give groups like this the results they want, precedent or constitutionality be damned. Stop. Electing. Republicans.

I use the meds targeted by #2 on this list to avoid being an anemic ball of pain for roughly a quarter of my life. As someone in a state that's been going all-in on these goals, I don't trust Rs and their judicial picks not to meddle further in forms of healthcare they don't understand or like.
