v1.10.0 also finally fixes the "retain reading position when refreshing" issue (hopefully). I've also improved scrolling performance in the timeline.

Tengo entendido que puedes bloquear a la mayoría desde las configuraciones, e igual con el tiempo la gente hace listas de bloqueo a las que con un solo click puedes silenciar o bloquear a muchísima gente pero no es nada que no hubiera en Twitter antes 👀
