Oh yeah that's one where my reaction is like That's extremely unconstitutional, I may not know how or why exactly right this minute but that cannot be a thing the government has any business doing

I can’t recall if the right to privacy is explicitly enshrined in the US constitution, but if it were this would blatantly violate it.
