chris, how do you survive barely sleeping with a schedule like that? my schedule is literally empty and this is stressing me out. it must've been hard all this time, right? how do we fix this chris?? if only i could have a deep sleep and long rest, cuz i really don't look forward to another day here
last month i had a good reset but now it's going downhill again haha what pains me is nobody knows i'm struggling, have been for the past few years. since i was i high school. 2018. nobody listens to me. i found refuge in skz's music, they're the only ones who understand me. even until now.
