in a perfect world I would build my own house and insulate the fuck out of my studio and give it a nice forced air system with turbo cold air moved by a big fan through large ducts where the volume of cold air allows for lower velocity but like with what money lol.

Construction loans, mortgages, or other personal loans are what usually enable people to build homes, but that also requires you to meet those requirements, so... :shrug:
