As a group, we suck at identifying when the tools of social justice are being abused by bad actors in our communities. We have turned these tools meant for good, into war banners. We are all too eager to be levied into the interpersonal conflicts of strangers, as if social justice demands it.

I've watched over the past week as a small but very vocal minority of the trans community have roiled hate and bigotry and transphobia at their sisters, and at anyone who would defend us. Precious few stood up to this clique. Too many moots even boosted and faved these accounts during this process.
