Very sad news. And perplexing in so many ways from where I sit - in Berlin (and Brussels). A new era in EU-UK relations is opening, and this is when they discontinue one of the most important locuses of knowledge on the relationship, even as common challenges loom larger than ever. A real shame.
Courts fundamental if course. But if states start not following the law what can the courts do? And this IS a tangible trend one notices across Europe.
