Top left to right: Stonecrop, Calylophus berlandiari (Square Bud Primrose) Hosta and a Lilly (asiatic) - the nice thing about all these plants is they love to spread out, they have too much mulch at the moment and need some breathing room, think about adding more of each type to add mass to the beds

That's a great suggestion! We inherited the plants and the mulch when we moved in last November. Now that I know what's growing here, I can make a list of plants to shop for in the spring. (We have a couple of amazing nurseries in my part of the Ottawa Valley.) I'm so excited! (OK: Winter first!) 😂
