Yes, they removed parking and the middle lane to accommodate the bike lanes. The majority of the cost to undo the bike lane work had to do with reinstalling the arrow signals.

That’s what I thought. I’m ok driving down there with that middle lane because I’m used to it but it is not well designed at all.
