Yes, I had a look thanks! I think I'm getting the post-exertional stuff under control, I used to be a fairly keen runner (30k per week) and so after COVID I kept trying to get back to that and kept going down hill.

Glad to hear it. It's slow going. I'm 3.5 years into this now. I can get around a little now but cognitive exertion is a much bigger problem, as well as some orthostatic intolerance, I think.
