This is what really annoys me with delay repay at the moment When a TOC cancels the last train, they blame another TOC, the other TOC gives it back to them and then they send it back to the other TOC yet again It is going to be like this until someone pulls their finger out and realises isn't it?
That's not professional for LNWR to blame Avanti..
